Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Pastry Chef to join our team in the Hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience and be based in Mumbai.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Prepare high-quality pastries, cakes, and desserts for various events and functions.
  • Develop new recipes and menus to keep up with current culinary trends.
  • Manage inventory of ingredients and supplies to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
  • Collaborate with other chefs to create cohesive and innovative dishes.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Ensure all food products meet the highest quality standards before service.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of pastry-making techniques, ingredients, and equipment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with kitchen management software and point-of-sale systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively.
