Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Chef De Partie - Bakery with 5-8 years of experience to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bakery operations and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Manage and oversee daily bakery operations, including food preparation and presentation.
  • Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain high standards of quality, hygiene, and safety in the bakery.
  • Train and mentor junior staff members to improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of bakery equipment and ingredients.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
