Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Chef De Cuisine to join our team at Hyatt Regency, with 6-8 years of experience in the culinary industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Italian cuisine and be able to prepare high-quality dishes.

Roles and Responsibility

Prepare and cook a variety of Italian dishes, including pasta, pizza, and risotto.
Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes to keep culinary offerings fresh.
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure seamless service and high-quality food production.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
Manage inventory of ingredients and supplies, minimizing waste and optimizing costs.
Ensure all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Chef De Cuisine in an Italian specialty restaurant or hotel.
Strong knowledge of Italian cuisine, including ingredients, techniques, and cooking methods.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with others.
Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure, maintaining attention to detail and composure.
Familiarity with kitchen equipment and appliances, including ovens, refrigerators, and dish washing machines.
Commitment to providing exceptional customer service, ensuring every dish meets the highest standards of quality and presentation.
