Job Title: Chartered Accountant – Auto Parts Industry Location: [Ludhiana, Punjab] Job Type: Full-Time

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chartered Accountant (CA) with strong expertise in financial management, compliance, and strategic planning to support our growing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire finance and accounting function, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with accounting standards.
• Ensure statutory compliance with GST, Income Tax, TDS, and other applicable laws and regulations.
• Handle cost accounting, product costing, and inventory valuation for manufacturing operations.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial risk management.
• Lead internal audits, statutory audits, and ensure timely closure of audit requirements.
• Provide strategic financial insights to management for business growth, cost optimization, and profitability.
• Manage banking relationships, fund management, and credit facilities.
• Oversee ERP/accounting software operations and streamline financial processes.
• Mentor and supervise the finance/accounts team to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Chartered Accountant (CA) – Mandatory.
• Minimum 7–15 years of experience in finance and accounts, preferably in the auto parts/automotive/manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards, Taxation, and Corporate Laws.
• Proven experience in cost accounting, MIS reporting, and financial analysis.
• Hands-on experience with ERP/accounting software (SAP/Tally or similar).
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
