Position Overview:

We are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant with at least 3 years of post-qualification experience in financial reporting, corporate finance, and business finance. The candidate will play a critical role in managing financial operations, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, supporting business decision-making through analysis and reporting, and contributing to strategic financial planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) in compliance with applicable accounting standards (Ind AS/IFRS).
• Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting to management and stakeholders.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis activities.
• Work closely with business units to analyze performance, drive cost efficiencies, and support strategic decisions.
• Manage treasury functions including cash flow forecasting and working capital management.
• Assist in corporate finance activities including due diligence, valuations, M&A support, and investor presentations.
• Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements including tax, audit, and company law.
• Liaise with auditors, consultants, and internal teams for financial audits and related matters.
• Develop and improve internal controls and financial processes.
• Use financial modeling and scenario analysis to support decision-making.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Chartered Accountant (CA) with minimum 3 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
• Strong knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS), Companies Act, and applicable tax laws.
• Experience in corporate finance, FP&A, or financial reporting.
• Proficient in MS Excel, financial modeling, and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
