Chartered Accountant

CA Qualified

• Minimum 2+ years of post-qualification experience in Audit, Accounting & Compliance
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong knowledge of accounting systems, processes, and auditing standards
• Proficiency in MS Excel and other analytical tools
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities
• Leadership qualities with the ability to drive initiatives

Roles and Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and review Statutory Audits, Internal Audits, and Tax Audits
• Ensure accurate accounting, controlling, and reporting in Tally/SAP at all levels – Chart of Accounts, GL, cost centers, Internal Orders, and monthly accruals
• Review, validate, and update accounting records, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Conduct Balance Sheet reconciliations, resolve open items, and finalize P&L and Balance Sheet reporting
• Prepare month-end financial statements, forecasts, and MIS reports for management
• Identify audit findings, risks, and recommend corrective actions Compliance & Regulatory
• Ensure compliance with Companies Act, Income Tax, GST, and other statutory requirements
• Prepare and maintain documentation for regulatory and compliance audits
• Liaise with statutory bodies, auditors, and stakeholders for compliance matters
• Ensure timely filing of returns, regulatory forms, and audit reports

Financial Planning & Business Support

• Responsible for budgeting and financial planning for the business
• Provide financial analysis and reporting to support management decision-making
• Drive cost optimization and process improvement projects
• Review and propose costing guidelines aligned with business requirements
