Job Title: Inventory Executive
Location: South Delhi (Candidates residing nearby preferred)

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Inventory Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory records, stock reconciliation, and handling day-to-day inventory operations using advanced Excel tools. Candidates should have prior hands-on experience in preparing MRN (Material Receipt Note) and GRN (Goods Receipt Note).

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update inventory records accurately on a daily basis
Prepare and manage MRN, GRN, and issue slips
Conduct periodic stock reconciliation to identify discrepancies
Track and manage stock movement (inward and outward) across locations
Coordinate with purchase and accounts departments for timely entries and verifications
Use Advanced Excel tools (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.) for inventory analysis and reporting
Ensure inventory is stored and handled properly to minimize loss or damage
Assist in audits and inventory checks

Key Requirements:

3–5 years of proven experience in inventory management
Strong command over Advanced Excel functions
Practical experience in preparing MRN, GRN, and stock reconciliation
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Should be residing in or near South Delhi for easy commute
Ability to work independently and in coordination with other departments

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
