Chartered Accountant

Chartered Accountant (CA) [Minimum 3 + Years Of Experience

financial accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across accounting, taxation, auditing, and

reporting functions. This role will play a key part in supporting strategic financial planning

and contributing to the company’s long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities:

● Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including cash flow management,

reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance.

● Prepare quarterly, half-yearly, and annual financial statements as per the Indian

Accounting System (IGAAP).

● Develop, implement, and monitor budgets, financial forecasts, and performance

reports to support business decisions.

● Ensure timely compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements,

including GST, TDS, and Income Tax.

● Coordinate and manage internal, statutory, and tax audits, ensuring effective

internal controls and adherence to accounting standards.

● Conduct cost analysis, pricing reviews, and profitability assessments to support

business growth and strategic planning.

● Provide financial insights and support for new projects, capital investments, and

product launches.

● Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, procurement, and management

teams to drive financial efficiency.

● Maintain updated knowledge of accounting standards, taxation laws, and

financial best practices.

Qualifications & Experience:

● Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.

● 3–5 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in manufacturing or

healthcare sectors.

● Strong knowledge of Indian GAAP, taxation laws, and financial reporting

standards.

● Hands-on experience with ERP/accounting software and MS Excel.

● Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

● Strong attention to detail, integrity, and ability to work under tight deadlines.
