We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant with 1-2 years of post-qualification experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing expert financial advice. This role offers a significant opportunity for professional development and exposure to various aspects of accounting, taxation, and auditing.

• Auditing:

• Conduct statutory audits, internal audits, tax audits, and other assurance engagements for various clients across different industries.
• Prepare audit plans, execute fieldwork, and draft audit reports in compliance with auditing standards and regulations.
• Identify and assess risks, and develop effective audit procedures.
• Review financial statements and accounting records for accuracy and completeness.

• Taxation:

• Prepare and file income tax returns (ITR) for individuals, HUFs, firms, companies, and trusts.
• Handle Goods and Services Tax (GST) compliance, including return filing, reconciliation, and advisory.
• Assist in tax planning and strategizing for clients to optimize tax liabilities.
• Respond to tax notices and assist in tax assessments.

• Accounting & Financial Reporting:

• Oversee and manage client accounting records, ensuring adherence to accounting standards (Ind AS/AS/IFRS).
• Prepare and review financial statements, including profit and loss accounts, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Provide expert advice on accounting treatments and financial reporting best practices.

• Advisory & Compliance:

• Advise clients on various financial matters, including business restructuring, mergers & acquisitions, and corporate finance.
• Ensure compliance with corporate laws, including Company Law, FEMA, and other relevant statutes.
• Assist in the preparation of project reports, financial projections, and feasibility studies.

• Client Management:

• Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and providing proactive solutions.
• Communicate complex financial information clearly and concisely to clients.
• Manage client engagements from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).
• 1-2 years of post-qualification experience in a CA firm or relevant industry role.

• Technical Proficiency:

  Strong knowledge of accounting standards (Ind AS/AS), auditing standards (SAs), income tax laws, and GST laws.

• Software Proficiency:

  Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Tally ERP 9, QuickBooks), MS Office Suite (especially Excel), and tax filing software.

• Analytical Skills:

  Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

• Communication:

  Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Attention to Detail:

  Meticulous and accurate with a high degree of attention to detail.

• Time Management:

  Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
