Channel Sales Manager

As a Channel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our partner ecosystem in Western India, specifically focusing on cybersecurity resellers and SIs. Your role involves leveraging your 8-10 years of experience in channel sales or partner management within the cybersecurity or enterprise software industry to build and scale our regional partner network. Your deep understanding of cybersecurity, especially Identity & Access Management (IAM), will be crucial in navigating regulatory and compliance-driven sales requirements set by RBI, IRDAI, and SEBI. Key Responsibilities: - Build and scale regional partner ecosystems, focusing on cybersecurity resellers and SIs in Western India. - Utilize your network to establish strong relationships with key stakeholders in the cybersecurity industry. - Meet or exceed revenue targets through effective management of indirect sales channels. - Collaborate with internal teams to drive alignment and support for partner initiatives. - Develop and implement strategies to drive partner engagement and enablement. Qualifications Required: - 8-10 years of progressive experience in channel sales or partner management roles. - Proven success in building and scaling partner ecosystems, specifically within the cybersecurity sector. - Deep understanding of cybersecurity, particularly Identity & Access Management (IAM), and regulatory compliance requirements. - Strong commercial acumen with a track record of meeting revenue targets through indirect sales channels. - Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Self-driven and strategic thinker with the ability to manage complexity and drive outcomes independently.
