Job Overview:

We are seeking a

dynamic and results-driven Channel Sales Manager

to drive

partner network expansion, sales growth, and market leadership

. This role requires

strong sales expertise, channel management skills, and a customer-first approach

. The ideal candidate will have experience in

Telecom, FMCG, or Retail (B2C)

and a proven track record of

managing sales teams, driving revenue, and strengthening partner relationships

.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Growth & Sales Execution

  • Expand the

    partner network

    by driving the adoption of

    all products and services

    .
  • Ensure

    high-quality execution

    through

    audits and performance reviews

    .
  • Conduct

    partner meetings

    to present products and manage escalations.
  • Monitor

    competition

    within the assigned territory and provide insights to leadership.
  • Drive

    partner acquisition and productivity

    to ensure market dominance.
  • Optimize

    device placement

    to maximize asset utilization.

Channel & Partner Management

  • Manage

    collateral and devices

    to prevent loss or leakage.
  • Ensure

    channel partner compliance

    with company policies and best practices.
  • Recruit, engage, and support

    new and existing channel partners

    to drive

    profitability

    .
  • Equip partners with

    training and updates

    on new product launches.

Brand Visibility & Marketing

  • Enhance

    brand visibility

    in the assigned territory by leveraging marketing materials.
  • Represent the brand at

    promotional events, roadshows, and trade shows

    .

Data Analysis & Business Insights

  • Utilize

    sales trackers

    to share insights with channel partners.
  • Analyze business performance data to drive sales growth.

Stakeholder & Relationship Management

  • Develop strong

    relationships with key stakeholders

    in the partner network.
  • Ensure

    infrastructure, engagement, and investment

    from channel partners.
  • Address partner concerns and resolve

    issues promptly

    .

Team Leadership & Performance Management

  • Manage a team of

    freelancers and channel partners

    .
  • Provide

    onboarding and training

    to sales teams to enhance productivity.
  • Monitor KPIs,

    coach team members

    , and drive performance improvements.
  • Ensure

    team engagement, retention, and motivation

    through incentives and recognition.
  • Field presence

    to observe, guide, and enhance execution standards.

Requirements:

MBA from a Tier 2/3 institute

with a strong academic record.

3-5 years of experience

in

channel sales and team management (on-roll/off-roll)

.

Industry experience preferred

: Telecom, FMCG, or Retail (B2C). Strong

sales and customer service mindset

with excellent interpersonal skills. Proven experience in

driving revenue growth and increasing sales

. Exposure to

distributor and channel partner management

is a plus.

Startup experience

is an added advantage. Strong

problem-solving abilities

with a results-driven approach. Ethical and

customer-centric approach

. Proficiency in

MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

.
