HR Transformation & Talent Management Consultant

Key Responsibilities:



  • Apply

    Business Process Re-engineering (BPR)

    principles to HR functions.

  • Design and implement

    HR and Talent Management (TM) processes

    to enhance operational efficiency.

  • Lead

    HR system implementations

    , ensuring seamless integration and adoption.

  • Conduct

    HR policy design and harmonization

    across diverse organizations.

  • Manage

    large-scale HR transformation (HRT) projects

    with a structured approach.

  • Design and deploy

    HR Service Delivery Models

    , aligning with business needs.

  • Provide expertise in

    Cloud HR Platforms

    such as

    SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle, and SAP

    .

  • Offer insights on the

    outsourcing model

    of key HR processes.

  • Develop and enhance

    Talent Management processes

    , including

    Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, and Rewards

    .

  • Implement

    Competency Modeling and Assessment frameworks

    to evaluate talent availability.

  • Optimize

    sourcing strategies

    and recruitment processes for efficiency.

  • Conduct

    Performance Measurement, Rewards Audits, and Strategic Role Assessments

    .


Qualifications & Skills:



  • Master s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field

    .

  • Minimum of

    3+ years of post-master s experience

    in

    HR Transformation and Talent Management projects

    .

  • Strong understanding of

    HR and Talent Management best practices

    .

  • Experience with

    cloud-based HR platforms

    (SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle, SAP).

  • Proven expertise in

    HR Service Delivery Model design and deployment

    .

  • Hands-on experience in

    policy design, talent acquisition, and performance management

    .

  • Strong

    project management skills

    , with the ability to drive

    large-scale HR engagements

    .

  • Excellent

    analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
