Job Description

Achieving monthly sales/ revenue targets
Channel Expansion as per expansion plans
Channel Development through regular training/OJTs/processes and ensure the Channel ROI
Plan activities and leads funnel for all partners and ensure its execution
Ensuring partner compliance with Sales polices of MHRIL
Follow PJP and ensure frequency of Channel Partner visits as per categorization of CPs
Recruiting and selecting DSA manpower; training and leading channel sales force and sales representatives to ensure desired productivity
Define the revenue/ sales targets for the set of partners being handled and track/review performance
Report daily and weekly as per guidelines.
CP support with respect to timely logins/PLC/VC and ensure business quality and yield
