You will be the main point of contact for clients, implementation teams, and senior management, offering a strategic perspective on transitions. Your role will involve designing transition roadmaps for new clients, conducting due diligence in line with client SLAs, and setting clear expectations for both internal operations teams and clients. To ensure project timelines are met, you will work closely with your team to identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and establish backup plans. Collaboration with cross-functional teams such as HR, IT, Recruitment, Admin, and Sales will be essential during the transition process. Building strong relationships with clients, support departments, and operations teams is crucial.
