Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Channel Development & Management

  • Identify, appoint, and manage distributors, channel partners, and operators in the

    vending business segment

    .
  • Drive channel expansion across hotels, restaurants, cafs, offices, and corporate institutions.
  • Negotiate trade margins, commercial terms, and service-level agreements with channel partners.
  • Monitor and enhance channel performance through regular business reviews.

2. Sales Growth & Revenue Management

  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for vending machines and consumable products (tea, coffee, milk, sugar, etc.).
  • Plan and implement sales strategies to increase installation base and recurring sales from existing clients.
  • Drive

    primary & secondary sales

    , machine placement, and service revenue through partners.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities and improve ROI.

3. Key Account & HoReCa Relationship Management

  • Develop relationships with

    hotels, QSR chains, restaurants, catering companies, and large offices

    for direct vending solutions.
  • Ensure consistent product supply, machine uptime, and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct product demos, trials, and presentations to potential HoReCa clients.
  • Liaise with service and operations teams to ensure smooth machine installation and maintenance.

4. Marketing & Channel Activation

  • Work closely with the marketing team for

    HoReCa promotions, branding, sampling, and visibility programs

  • Organize trade meets, product tasting sessions, and training programs for channel partners and end-users.
  • Ensure brand visibility and availability in key customer locations.

5. Team Leadership

  • Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales officers / territory executives.
  • Monitor field performance and ensure adherence to company sales processes and reporting systems.
  • Develop team capabilities for solution-based vending sales.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of

    HoReCa and Institutional Sales

Educational Qualification

  • Graduate / MBA in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management.

Experience Required

  • 1215 years

    of experience in

    Vending / HoReCa / QSR/ Institutional Sales

    within

    Tea, Coffee, Beverages, or FMCG sector

    .
  • Exposure to

    vending operations, service models, and consumables business

    preferred.
  • Proven track record of driving growth through channel partners and key accounts.
