Ltd. is a leading provider of cloud and managed IT services, enabling businesses to scale securely and efficiently. We are expanding our partner network and are looking for dynamic Channel Sales Executives across key cities. Key Responsibilities: 🔹 Channel Development & Management: Identify, onboard, and manage IT channel partners and resellers in the assigned region. Build strong and productive relationships with existing and new channel partners. Educate partners on XcellHost's offerings, pricing models, and service benefits. 🔹 Sales Enablement: Drive partner engagement through regular meetings, product updates, and co-selling opportunities. Generate business through channel partners by supporting them in deal closures and client meetings. Meet assigned sales targets and growth metrics through channel-led strategies. 🔹 Market Expansion: Identify gaps in market coverage and build a partner pipeline accordingly. Monitor competitor activity in the partner ecosystem and propose counter strategies. 🔹 Reporting & Coordination: Track partner performance and submit sales reports and forecasts to the sales manager. Coordinate with pre-sales and post-sales teams for smooth partner operations and client delivery. Ensure documentation and agreements are in place for all partner relationships.     Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in channel sales, preferably in IT, cloud services, or SaaS industries. Strong understanding of channel partner ecosystems, distribution models, and reseller networks. Good knowledge of cloud technologies and hosting services. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools (e.g., Zoho CRM, Salesforce). Willingness to travel locally for partner meetings and training.
