Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Channel Sales Executive to manage and grow the channel partner network for HP products , including laptops, desktops, printers, and accessories. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue, ensuring channel partner success, and building strong relationships across the assigned territory. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain relationships with HP-authorized channel partners, distributors, and resellers. Achieve sales targets through effective partner engagement and territory management. Provide product training, promotional support, and sales enablement to partners. Monitor stock levels, pricing, and promotional activities across the channel. Ensure timely order processing, delivery coordination, and after-sales support. Collaborate with HP's regional teams and internal departments for demand generation and marketing activities. Submit regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and partner feedback. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 2–5 years of experience in IT/Consumer Electronics channel sales (HP product experience preferred). Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Ability to work independently and travel within the assigned territory. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. Preferred Skills: Knowledge of the HP product ecosystem and partner programs. Experience in managing B2B and B2C channel networks.
