Set up and manage customer accounts for Azure, Office365, and Google Workspace.
Assist customers with basic account configurations, such as user creation, role assignments, and subscription setups.
Process and activate orders for cloud services and subscriptions.
Verify order accuracy and ensure timely fulfillment of customer requests.
Allocate, manage, and track licenses across Azure, Office365, and Google Workspace.
Assist with license renewals, upgrades, or downgrades as requested by customers.
Provide basic troubleshooting and guidance for common issues related to Azure, Office365, and Google Workspace.
Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate teams.
Maintain accurate records of customer accounts, orders, and service requests.
Generate reports on account activity, license usage, and subscription status
