Job Description: As a B2B Sales Manager (Field), your primary responsibility will be to identify new business opportunities in the IT sector, including exploring new markets, acquiring new clients, forming partnerships, and introducing new products and services. You will be required to visit client locations, deliver presentations, and secure business deals. Developing effective strategies to capitalize on new opportunities and fostering strong relationships with clients will be essential aspects of your role. Additionally, you will need to understand client needs, create tailored proposals, and pitch sales to both prospective and existing clients. Attending industry conferences and events to network with partners, staying updated on market trends, and forecasting sales targets are also key duties. Having a comprehensive understanding of the company's products, competitive landscape, and market positioning will be crucial. Furthermore, you will oversee and train a business development team and collaborate closely with design and sales teams to ensure client requirements are met. Job Requirements and Skills: To excel in this role, you should have proven experience as a B2B business development manager, sales executive, or in a related position within the Network Active & Passive, Firewall, Endpoint, and CCTV Interactive Panel industry. A successful track record in sales, customer support experience, proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools like Salesforce, and fluency in English are essential. Strong market knowledge, excellent communication and negotiation skills, the ability to build rapport with clients, effective time management, and planning abilities are also required. A degree in business administration, sales, or a relevant field (BSc/BA/MBA) and a minimum of 3+ years of experience in the same field will be advantageous for this position.,
