Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential leads, nurturing relationships, and contributing to the sales pipeline. This role is critical in driving revenue growth by connecting with prospective customers and showcasing our offerings effectively. Key Responsibilities: Prospecting and Research: Identify and research potential leads through online platforms, databases, social media, and other channels. Develop a deep understanding of target industries and customer personas. Lead Qualification: Initiate contact with prospects through calls, emails, and LinkedIn to gather information about their needs. Qualify leads based on defined criteria and ensure they align with the company’s target audience. CRM Management: Maintain and update the lead database in the CRM system. Track, manage, and report on lead activities and progress. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align lead-generation activities with broader campaigns. Share insights and feedback to improve strategies and campaigns. Performance Tracking: Meet or exceed weekly/monthly lead generation and outreach targets. Provide regular reports on lead generation metrics and performance. Qualifications and Skills: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA), Marketing, or a related field. Experience: Freshers are welcome, but prior experience in lead generation, telemarketing, or inside sales is a plus. Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong research and analytical abilities. Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho (preferred). Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (Excel/Sheets, Word/Docs). Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team. Personal Attributes: Resilient and able to handle rejection professionally. Eager to learn and adapt to new tools and strategies. Positive attitude with a customer-first mindset.
