Job Description

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation. Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs. Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company’s IT products and services, including software, hardware, cloud solutions, and managed services. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to close deals effectively. Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients to drive customer retention and repeat business. Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Collaborate with technical and support teams to ensure smooth implementation and customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, pipeline status, and client interactions using CRM tools. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new market opportunities.
