Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Proactively contact potential and existing customers via phone, email, and other communication channels. Qualify leads generated through marketing campaigns and convert them into sales opportunities. Present and promote company products/services to potential clients. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer needs and objections. Track all sales activities in the company’s CRM system and keep current by updating account information regularly. Collaborate with the field sales team and marketing to ensure a seamless customer experience. Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Handle customer inquiries promptly and professionally, escalating issues when necessary. Provide feedback on customer trends, product performance, and competitive activity to sales leadership.
