Job Summary
The Central Manager at Orbiqe Technologies will oversee and manage central operations, ensure coordination between departments, and support strategic initiatives. The role requires strong leadership, structured operational management, and the ability to coordinate with external skill development bodies such as the Bihar Skill Development Mission.
Key Responsibilities
1. Operational Management
Oversee day-to-day central operations and ensure smooth workflow across departments.
Coordinate between HR, Finance, Sales, Admin, and Operations teams for timely execution of tasks.
Develop, implement, and monitor Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for efficient operations.
2. Coordination with Bihar Skill Development Mission (BSDM)
Serve as the key point of contact between Orbiqe Technologies and the Bihar Skill Development Mission.
Manage candidate sourcing, documentation, training alignment, and onboarding processes as per BSDM guidelines.
Ensure compliance with state skill development policies and maintain regular communication with BSDM officials. Having good knowledge about BSDM and Portals
3. Team Leadership & Development
Lead and mentor central operations teams.
Conduct team performance reviews, training sessions, and internal coordination meetings.
Ensure smooth interdepartmental communication and collaboration.
4. Process Improvement
Identify operational gaps and suggest improvements for efficiency.
Monitor KPIs and ensure departmental targets are met.
Implement digital or automated solutions to reduce manual workload.
5. Strategy & Planning
Support senior management in planning and executing organizational strategies.
Ensure policy compliance and support budgeting and resource planning.
Participate in strategic meetings and contribute to decision-making.
6. Reporting & Documentation
Maintain accurate operational reports, dashboards, and documentation.
Provide weekly/monthly performance reports to senior management.
Track issue escalations, resolutions, and process updates.
Required Skills

Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and reporting tools
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
3–8 years of experience in central operations, administration, or coordination roles
Experience interacting with government bodies or skill development programs (preferred)
Preferred
Experience in a technology company or fast-paced environment
Knowledge of ERP/CRM/ATS systems
Ability to implement operational improvements and SOPs
