Centre Manager

As a Centre Manager at Leverage Edu, you will be responsible for overseeing the offline experience centre and ensuring that every student receives a world-class experience. Your role will involve providing leadership to counselors and staff, managing daily operations, delivering personalized counseling to students, implementing business development strategies, maintaining client relationships, tracking performance, and developing and training the team. Key Responsibilities: - Provide strong leadership and foster a collaborative work culture among counselors and staff. - Oversee daily operations to ensure the centre is efficient, well-resourced, and welcoming for students. - Deliver personalized counseling to assist students in achieving their academic and career goals through informed study abroad guidance. - Implement local marketing strategies to enhance visibility and attract a diverse student base. - Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and institutions to ensure high-quality service. - Track key performance indicators, report outcomes to management, and drive data-based improvements. - Recruit, train, and upskill staff to ensure service excellence and team growth. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Management, or a related field. - 4-7 years of experience in centre management, education, EdTech, or retail operations. - Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively with excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. - Proficiency in CRM systems, MS Excel, and Google Workspace. - Prior exposure to EdTech or overseas education and counseling setups is preferred. - Knowledge of international admissions and visa procedures is an added advantage.
