On behalf of our client, we are pleased to recruit a Centre Manager for City Oasis and Wellness, India. Who we are:

We are now searching for an exceptional Centre Manager to set the benchmark for operational excellence and guest experience. The Role:
We are seeking an experienced, people-focused and commercially minded Centre Manager to oversee all aspects of daily operations, guest care, team leadership and centre performance. As the Centre Manager, you will be the heartbeat of the business—responsible for delivering a consistently elevated guest experience, driving revenue growth, building a high-performing culture, and ensuring smooth daily operations across all wellness offerings. You will lead a centre that serves high-achieving, aspirational guests who expect elevated service, privacy and professionalism. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Lead the centre’s daily operations to deliver a seamless, luxurious guest experience.
  • Oversee booking flow, guest handling, front-of-house standards and service consistency.
  • Manage, coach and develop all centre staff across guest experience and wellness roles.
  • Create efficient rosters aligned with service demand and labour budgets.
  • Drive rebooking, membership growth and service utilisation targets.
  • Own centre performance metrics including revenue, labour %, guest satisfaction and reviews.
  • Uphold brand standards for ambience, cleanliness, presentation and service rituals.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, hygiene, safety and operational protocols.
  • Manage stock, petty cash, daily takings, reporting and general administration.
  • Coordinate maintenance, contractors and supplier relationships.
  • Support centre openings, pilot programs and improvements as the business scales.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience you will need to be successful:
  • 5+ years in a hospitality, spa, wellness, fitness, hotel or premium retail leadership role.
  • Strong people leadership skills with proven experience coaching teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional guest service in a premium environment.
  • Experience working with premium or affluent clientele is highly regarded.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills in fast-paced environments.
  • Commercial understanding of revenue, labour costs and KPI-driven performance.
  • High standard of communication, presentation and professionalism.
  • Must maintain a well-groomed, professional appearance that aligns with our premium wellness brand and hygiene standards.
  • Must be tech-savvy with hands-on experience using booking and POS systems.
  • Ability to handle escalations, sensitive situations and VIP guests with discretion.
  • Fluency in English; Hindi or additional regional languages advantageous.
  • A passion for wellness and a desire to be part of a growing premium brand.
