Job Description

Role Summary:


Key Responsibilities :


Nationwide Operational Strategy & Standardization:

○ Develop and enforce standardized operational policies and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) across all cities.

○ Ensure strict adherence to critical protocols to minimize operational losses and maintain data integrity.

○ Act as the final point of escalation for complex operational issues that cannot be resolved at the city level.

2.Performance Management & Data Driven Oversight :

○ Take full ownership of the central analytics and operational loss.

○ Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for each city, including machine uptime, refill cycle time, inventory shrinkage, and customer support resolution time.

○ Conduct weekly and monthly performance reviews with City Managers, using data to identify underperforming areas and implement corrective actions.

○ Oversee the "Forensic Audit Process" for inventory variations across all cities, ensuring that root causes are identified and addressed.

3. Inventory, Logistics & Supply Chain Management

○ Work closely with the central procurement team to forecast product demand based on sales data and ensure timely and cost-effective stock replenishment for all city warehouses.

○ Monitor and optimize inter-city logistics for the deployment of new vending machines and assets.

○ Manage and standardize protocols for warehouse operations, including inbound processing, storage, and returns management.

4.Team Leadership & Mentorship:

○ Provide strategic support and mentorship to City Managers and Warehouse Managers, empowering them to effectively lead their local teams.

○ Cultivate a unified, high-performance operational culture across all cities, emphasizing accountability, precision, and adherence to company policies.

○ Collaborate with the HR Manager on training programs and performance management for operational staff.

5,Crisis Management & Continuous Improvement :

○ Act as the central point of contact for any major operational crisis (e.g., widespread machine downtime, significant logistical failures, or fleet issues).

○ Continuously seek opportunities to optimize operational processes, reduce costs, and improve efficiency through technology and data.

○ Drive special projects related to operational innovation and scalability.
