Center Head

We are seeking a capable and motivated Center Head to lead and manage our cybersecurity training center in Trivandrum. This position requires an individual with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, strong leadership capabilities, and a passion for education and technology. The ideal candidate will be responsible for day-to-day center operations, academic oversight, team management, student support, and outreach initiatives across educational institutions.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Leadership

• Manage daily operations of the center with efficiency and clarity
• Oversee scheduling, budgeting, reporting, and resource planning
• Liaise with leadership and external partners to support strategic initiatives

Academic Oversight

• Supervise curriculum delivery and ensure adherence to learning standards
• Provide ongoing support to instructors and monitor content quality
• Stay informed of developments in the cybersecurity industry

Team Management

• Lead academic and administrative staff with professionalism and accountability
• Foster a culture of teamwork, learning, and continuous improvement
• Conduct periodic evaluations, training sessions, and performance reviews

Student Experience

• Manage the student admission process and maintain academic records
• Ensure a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Address student needs, resolve concerns, and support career growth

Institutional Outreach

• Represent Telikoz Infotech at schools, colleges, and universities
• Plan and execute seminars, workshops, and career days
• Build partnerships with academic institutions to attract future learners

Compliance & Reporting

• Maintain operational and academic compliance in line with internal standards
• Monitor center goals and track key performance metrics
• Submit timely reports to relevant stakeholders

Public Speaking & Representation

• Participate in public engagements or lead guest sessions
• Act as a representative of Telikoz at external events and forums

Candidate Profile

• Experience: 3–5 years in any relevant domain such as education, training, operations, or IT
• Education: Any undergraduate or postgraduate degree (technical background is a plus but not mandatory)
• Skills:

• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to manage teams and build effective institutional relationships
• Comfort with public interaction, student engagement, and event coordination

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
