Purpose of the RoleThe ELV Manager is responsible for end-to-end management of Extra Low Voltage (ELV) systems across multiple projects and operational sites. This includes planning, execution, testing & commissioning, services, AMC, troubleshooting, and preventive/corrective maintenance to ensure system reliability, compliance, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities1. Projects ManagementPlan, execute, and deliver ELV projects within approved scope, budget, quality, and timelines.
Manage complete lifecycle of ELV systems including design review, material submittals, installation, testing, commissioning, and handover.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, main contractors, OEMs, and subcontractors.
Review drawings, BOQs, method statements, and technical submittals.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, local codes, and international standards.
Prepare project schedules, progress reports, and close-out documentation.

3. Services & MaintenanceOversee preventive and corrective maintenance for all ELV systems.
Develop and implement maintenance schedules, checklists, and SOPs.
Handle breakdowns, fault analysis, root cause analysis (RCA), and permanent corrective actions.
Manage AMC contracts, service SLAs, and response time commitments.
Ensure uptime and performance of critical systems.
4. Team ManagementLead, train, and supervise engineers, supervisors, and technicians.
Allocate resources effectively across projects and service sites.
Conduct performance reviews and skill development programs.
Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and company policies.
5. Client & Stakeholder ManagementAct as primary point of contact for clients on ELV-related matters.
Attend coordination meetings, site reviews, and audits.
Address client complaints and ensure timely resolution.
Support business development with technical inputs, estimations, and presentations when required.
6. Quality, Safety & ComplianceEnsure implementation of QA/QC procedures and documentation.
Enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards at sites.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and industry best practices.
7. Commercial & Reporting ResponsibilitiesMonitor project costs, variations, and profitability.
Review material consumption and vendor performance.
Prepare MIS reports, service reports, and management dashboards.
Support billing, certification, and project financial closures.
QualificationsBachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation Engineering.
Relevant certifications in ELV systems (preferred).
Experience8–12 years of experience in ELV systems.
Minimum 3–5 years in a managerial or lead role handling projects and maintenance.
Experience managing multiple sites and large-scale ELV deployments.
Technical SkillsStrong knowledge of ELV system design, installation, and commissioning.
Hands-on experience with leading ELV OEMs and platforms.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD (basic), and reporting tools.
