Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated CCTV Technician to install, maintain, and troubleshoot CCTV systems and related security equipment. The technician will be responsible for site surveys, system installation, wiring, configuration, and providing after-sales technical support to customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Install CCTV cameras, DVR/NVR systems, IP cameras, and related security devices.
• Perform cabling work including CAT6, coaxial, and fiber (if required).
• Configure DVR/NVR, mobile viewing, network settings, and remote access.
• Conduct site surveys and recommend appropriate CCTV solutions.
• Diagnose and repair faults in CCTV systems and related accessories.
• Perform routine maintenance and ensure system functionality.
• Coordinate with customers and provide clear explanations of the system.
• Prepare service reports, installation reports, and documentation.
• Ensure safety standards and company policies are followed at all job sites.

Skills & Qualifications

• ITI/Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of CCTV systems (IP & Analog).
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and follow technical instructions.
• Basic networking knowledge (IP address, port forwarding, router setup).
• Experience with attendance machines, access control, and alarm systems is a plus.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle field work.
• Excellent customer communication and teamwork skills.

Additional Requirements

• Two-wheeler with valid license (preferred).
• Willingness to travel for installations and service calls.
• Flexibility to work extended hours when required.
