Ltd.Reporting To: Head FinanceRole ObjectiveLead the Credit Control function to ensure timely collections, reduction in DSO, and robust cash flow by implementing effective policies and close coordination with the Sales team.Key Responsibilities• Drive collections and reduce DSO levels across business verticals.• Design, implement, and enforce credit control policies and procedures.• Assess customer creditworthiness and recommend appropriate credit limits.• Collaborate with Sales team to align on credit terms and resolve disputes.• Monitor receivables and generate MIS/reports for management.• Forecast and ensure healthy cash inflows to support working capital needs.• Lead, guide, and strengthen the Credit Control team for high performance.Skills & Competencies• Strong expertise in credit control, collections, and receivables management.• Proven track record of reducing DSO and improving cash flow.• Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.• Strong leadership with analytical and process-driven mindset.• Proficiency in ERP/finance systems and MS Excel.Qualifications & Experience• MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.• 10–15 years of experience in credit control/receivables, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.• Experience in logistics/express/service industry .Performance Metrics• Reduction in DSO.• Collection efficiency (%).• Cash flow improvement.• Team productivity.
