About the Role

Senior Executive – Category Management

Key Responsibilities

1. Drive Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Develop, implement, and report on strategic plans to improve key site metrics such as conversion rates, average order value (AOV), and more.
  • Own and drive top-line revenue growth while staying within the allocated investment budget and achieving P&L objectives.
  • Manage category-specific website content to align with monthly, seasonal, and brand-specific promotions in line with overall marketing strategy.

2. Monitor & Elevate Brand Performance

  • Ensure margin targets are met in accordance with organizational benchmarks.
  • Negotiate annual budgets, define goals, track performance, and implement course corrections as needed.
  • Plan and execute brand-led campaigns across digital platforms to increase recognition, awareness, and sales performance.
  • Deliver performance reports on key business metrics in a timely and structured manner.

3. Improve Customer Experience & Retention

  • Boost category revenue through customer segmentation strategies, banner campaigns, and retention initiatives.
  • Enhance customer lifecycle experience by identifying and executing user journey improvements using analytics and touchpoint assessments.
  • Introduce scalable processes aimed at improving customer satisfaction and repeat purchases.

4. Seller & Brand Onboarding

  • Identify potential sellers and brands in the Western Wear category that align with business goals.
  • Facilitate the end-to-end onboarding process including account setup, documentation, verification, and compliance.
  • Deliver training on platform operations, product listings, pricing optimization, and performance strategies.
  • Act as a key support liaison for new sellers, addressing their concerns and ensuring a smooth ramp-up period.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams—sales, marketing, operations, and tech—to deliver a seamless seller experience.
  • Track onboarding progress, assess seller performance, and recommend action plans to enhance outcomes.
  • Gather feedback to help improve the onboarding process and overall seller experience.

Who You Are

  • Strong understanding of the fashion or e-commerce ecosystem, preferably with exposure to the Western Wear category.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in managing revenue goals, brand performance, and customer lifecycle strategies.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and relationship management skills.
