Job Description

Role: YouTube Manager (GATE & CAT)

Location: Bengaluru (On-site)

Experience: 3–5 years

YouTube Manager

Responsibilities

Own the YouTube content calendar and publishing workflow
Collaborate with educators to create high-impact video sessions
Optimize titles, tags, thumbnails, and descriptions for YouTube SEO
Track analytics and performance metrics to drive viewership and subscriber growth
Run experiments with hooks, playlists, and thumbnails to increase retention
Coordinate with internal creative and editing teams for smooth output
Stay updated on platform trends and competitor strategies

Requirements

3–5 years of experience in YouTube channel management or video marketing
Hands-on experience in SEO for video, YouTube Analytics, and A/B testing
Strong communication and coordination skills
Prior experience in EdTech or content-driven companies is a plus
Team handling or cross-functional leadership experience preferred
