Evaluate production processes, raw materials, and hygiene practices to ensure compliance with internal quality benchmarks. Gather and document detailed observations and feedback from visits, including photos, interviews, and audit checklists. Work closely with the internal procurement and product development teams to relay findings and support vendor onboarding. Build strong relationships with local communities, artisans, and suppliers. Your responsibilities will include designing and enhancing our website and digital experiences to align with our brand's philosophy. Additionally, you will collaborate with external design consultancies on store interiors, packaging, and uniforms to create a cohesive visual identity across all touchpoints. You will be tasked with creating wireframes, prototypes, and user flows for web and mobile platforms, as well as conducting user research and usability testing to enhance the overall customer experience.
