Brand Experience Designer UI/UX

As a UI/UX Designer at our company, you will play a crucial role in shaping Sanctory's brand identity across various digital and physical platforms. Your responsibilities will include designing and enhancing our website and digital experiences to align with our brand's philosophy. Additionally, you will collaborate with external design consultancies on store interiors, packaging, and uniforms to create a cohesive visual identity across all touchpoints. You will be tasked with creating wireframes, prototypes, and user flows for web and mobile platforms, as well as conducting user research and usability testing to enhance the overall customer experience. Collaboration with marketing and brand teams will be essential to ensure that design aligns with business goals. The ideal candidate for this role should have at least 2 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing web and brand identity work. A deep understanding of design systems, typography, color theory, and digital branding is necessary. Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant design software is required. Moreover, the ability to work effectively with external consultants and internal teams, as well as a passion for design beyond digital platforms, are essential qualities. Preferred qualifications include experience in designing for high-end or boutique retail brands, an understanding of packaging and store design principles, and a keen eye for craftsmanship and authenticity in design.
