About the role:

The Catalog Executive will be responsible for managing the product catalog and analyzing business operations to drive efficiency and growth. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring that the online product catalog is up-to-date, accurate, and optimized for performance. This position will also support business analysis by providing insights into sales, market trends, and operational metrics. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the end-to-end catalog management process, including creating, updating, and maintaining product listings.
• Manage product listings and merchandising across company website, app and POS.
• Coordinate with the business team to ensure product launches, promotions, and campaigns are accurately reflected in the catalog.
• Monitor and analyze catalog performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Prepare and maintain regular reports, dashboards, and presentations that summarize key findings and support decision-making processes.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements in catalog management, operations, and customer experience.
• Document business requirements, processes, and data flow to ensure clear communication across teams.

Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of experience as a Catalog Executive, preferably in the fashion industry.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, etc.) and content management systems (CMS).
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.) and basic image editing tools.
• Knowledge of SEO principles and digital marketing trends is a plus.
• Understanding of fashion trends, consumer behavior, and the online shopping experience.
