Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Captain to join our team in the F&B Service department. The ideal candidate should have 0-2 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Manage and supervise the food and beverage service team to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Coordinate with other departments to maintain high standards of quality and efficiency.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase sales.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Train and mentor new staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor and control inventory levels, minimizing waste and optimizing resources.

Job Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to interact effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong leadership and management skills are necessary to motivate and direct a team.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, handling multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage service operations, including menu planning and inventory management.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and basic math skills for calculating transactions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently.
