Job Description

An F&B Service Captain is a supervisor and team leader who oversees the daily operations of a dining area to ensure high-quality service and guest satisfaction. This role is a step above a Senior Guest Service Associate and often reports to a Restaurant or F&B Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: Manages, trains, and mentors the service staff, including waiters and bussers.
  • Guest Management: Serves as the primary point of contact for guests, handling advanced reservations, special requests, and promptly resolving complaints.
  • Operational Oversight: Ensures all service procedures are followed, the dining area is set up correctly, and that food and drinks are delivered to guests in a timely manner.
  • Quality Control: Monitors the service quality, upselling techniques, and hygiene standards.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
