** Immediate joiners only Food preparation : Assisting the production team with food preparation, such as washing, peeling, and chopping vegetables and fruits, seasoning meats, and preparing basic salads and sauces Kitchen operations : Setting up the kitchen for operations, monitoring stock, and closing the kitchen at the end of the shift Quality and service : Exceeding guest expectations for food quality and service Safety and health : Following HACCP procedures and food health and safety regulations Inventory : Taking inventory of restaurant supplies and notifying the supervisor when supplies are low or depleted Cleaning : Performing basic cleaning duties and ensuring that work stations are properly sanitized Communication : Communicating effectively with other sections and maintaining service standards Menu : Following menu specifications and keeping up with new products, recipes, and techniques Training : Assisting in training junior chefs and kitchen staff on proper tandoor techniques Tandoor oven : Maintaining and operating the tandoor oven, ensuring proper temperature Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Benefits: Food provided Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Rotational shift Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Work Location: In person
