Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Captain to join our team at the Crowne Plaza, responsible for providing exceptional service in the F&B department. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in a similar role.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Manage and supervise the food and beverage service team to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service operations.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and hygiene in the kitchen environment.
  • Analyze customer feedback and suggest improvements to menu offerings and service styles.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative and delicious dishes.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Captain or similar role in a hotel or restaurant setting.
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage service operations, including menu planning and inventory management.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, managing multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
