About the role:

We are seeking a highly organized Campaign Marketing Specialist with experience in managing end-to-end marketing campaigns. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns while working closely with cross functional teams. The right candidate should have strong project management skills, a good understanding of campaign reporting, and the ability to translate insights into action.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end campaign operations, ensuring timely and effective execution.

• Collaborate with marketing, data, and creative teams to align campaigns with business goals.

• Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations.

• Support audience targeting and segmentation to ensure campaigns reach the right customers.

• Drive optimization by implementing A/B testing and campaign best practices.

• Ensure campaigns follow compliance and data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM).

Who you are and what you bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.

• 3-4+ years of experience in marketing operations or campaign management.

• Hands-on experience using any marketing automation or campaign management tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Braze, Adobe Campaign, Pardot etc.).

• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to run multiple campaigns at once.

• Comfortable working with campaign reports and performance dashboards (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or similar).

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross functional teams.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with data-driven campaign optimization and funnel performance improvement.

• Familiarity with A/B testing and campaign measurement best practices. • Understanding of compliance and data privacy regulations.
