• Manage end-to-end campaign operations, ensuring timely and effective execution.
• Support audience targeting and segmentation to ensure campaigns reach the right customers. • Drive optimization by implementing A/B testing and campaign best practices.
• Bachelors degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 35+ years of experience in marketing operations or campaign management.
• Hands-on experience using any marketing automation or campaign management tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Braze, Adobe Campaign, Pardot etc.).
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to run multiple campaigns at once.
• Comfortable working with campaign reports and performance dashboards (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with crossfunctional teams.
• Experience with data-driven campaign optimization and funnel performance improvement.
• Familiarity with A/B testing and campaign measurement best practices.
• Understanding of compliance and data privacy regulations
