Job Description

Campaign Strategy & Development

  • Design and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns to drive awareness and adoption of our CPaaS solutions.
  • Define campaign objectives, target audiences, messaging, and key performance indicators (KPIs) aligned with business goals.
  • Collaborate with product managers and sales teams to ensure campaigns effectively address customer needs and market opportunities.

Execution & Management

  • Manage the end-to-end execution of campaigns, including digital advertising, email marketing, content creation, webinars, and industry events.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.

Analytics & Optimization

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance across various channels, using tools such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Utilize advanced Excel functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, pivot tables) to analyze and visualize campaign data, and create detailed reports.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize campaign performance and achieve desired results.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to stakeholders and senior management.

Market Research & Insights

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape in the CPaaS industry.
  • Use market insights to refine campaign strategies and identify new opportunities for growth.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Communicate campaign plans, progress, and results effectively to internal teams and external partners.
  • Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to align marketing efforts with customer engagement and retention strategies.

MIS Reporting

  • Develop and maintain Management Information Systems (MIS) reports to track and manage campaign performance and metrics.
  • Ensure accurate and timely delivery of reports to support decision-making and strategic planning.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Campaign Manager or in a similar role, preferably within the technology or CPaaS industry..
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, pivot tables, and other data analysis functions.
  • Experience with Management Information Systems (MIS) for reporting and performance tracking.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Social media, and marketing automation tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive decision-making.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
