Cafe Manager

Amore Gelato & Café – Kochi

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily café operations, from opening to closing, ensuring smooth workflows and excellent customer service
• Lead, coach, and motivate a frontline team to maintain high service and hygiene standards
• Manage inventory and stock control, forecasting supplies, minimizing wastage
• Monitor sales performance, identify upselling opportunities, and implement strategies to boost revenue
• Handle customer escalations and ensure guest satisfaction
• Support promotional campaigns, in-store marketing, and product sampling activities
• Maintain POS accuracy, cash management, and daily reporting
• Collaborate with the operations director for staff training and SOP implementation
• Ensure maintenance of café equipment and overall store ambiance
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in 

  Business Administration, Hotel/Retail Management

   or related field (preferred)

• 3–5 years of experience

   in F&B, café, QSR, or retail store management
• Strong leadership, team management, and customer service skills
• Proficiency in inventory systems, POS operations, and stock control
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills, ability to perform under pressure
• Flexible to work
