Cafe Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive, detail-driven, and hospitality-focused Café Manager to lead our store operations and guest experience. The ideal candidate is someone who takes ownership, builds strong team culture, and thrives in a fast-paced premium café environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage end-to-end daily café operations.
• Lead hiring, training, scheduling, and supervising the café team.
• Create and maintain a warm and premium guest experience aligned with our brand values.
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and operational discipline.
• Manage POS operations, order flow, billing accuracy, and day-end reconciliation.
• Monitor inventory, wastage, procurement, stock rotation, and vendor coordination.
• Support menu launches, SOP execution, team training, and continuous improvement.
• Prepare and share daily/weekly operational reports and insights with management.
• Ensure workflow efficiency between service, barista, and kitchen sections.

Candidate Requirements

• Prior experience in F&B, café, or hospitality (preferred).
• Excellent communication and guest-handling skills.
• Friendly, positive, and professional personality.
• Familiar with POS systems, billing processes, and inventory management.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced, and premium café environment.
• Flexible to work weekends and rotational shifts when required.
