Role Overview We are looking for a proactive, detail-driven, and hospitality-focused Café Manager to lead our store operations and guest experience. The ideal candidate is someone who takes ownership, builds strong team culture, and thrives in a fast-paced premium café environment. Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage end-to-end daily café operations . Lead hiring, training, scheduling, and supervising the café team. Create and maintain a warm and premium guest experience aligned with our brand values. Ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and operational discipline . Manage POS operations, order flow, billing accuracy, and day-end reconciliation. Monitor inventory, wastage, procurement, stock rotation , and vendor coordination. Support menu launches, SOP execution, team training, and continuous improvement. Prepare and share daily/weekly operational reports and insights with management. Ensure workflow efficiency between service, barista, and kitchen sections. Candidate Requirements Prior experience in F&B, café, or hospitality (preferred). Excellent communication and guest-handling skills. Friendly, positive, and professional personality. Familiar with POS systems, billing processes, and inventory management . Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced, and premium café environment . Flexible to work weekends and rotational shifts when required.
