Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Cafe Manager to join our team at Binge Consulting, with 3-7 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage daily cafe operations, including food preparation, service, and customer satisfaction.
Supervise staff members to ensure excellent customer service and maintain high standards of quality.
Implement effective inventory management systems to minimize waste and optimize resources.
Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and attract new customers.
Maintain a clean and safe environment for customers and employees.
Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Cafe Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.
Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for managing a team effectively.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Knowledge of inventory management principles and practices is required.
Familiarity with marketing principles and practices is necessary.
A graduate degree in any field is preferred.
