Amoeba Leisure (Gaming + F&B + Entertainment) Location: Bangalore About the Role: We are seeking a highly driven Store Manager who can take full ownership of a high-footfall gaming and F&B entertainment store. This role demands a mix of business acumen, operational excellence, and people leadership to deliver exceptional guest experiences while driving profitability. Key Responsibilities: Business & P&L Ownership – Drive revenue growth, manage cost structures, and ensure profitability of the store. Customer Experience Leadership – Create a vibrant, fun, and safe environment for all guests. Handle escalations, implement feedback, and maintain world-class service standards. Team & Shift Management – Lead, train, and motivate a team of 30–50 staff (including floor managers, F&B staff, and gaming operators). Manage rosters, discipline, and staff performance. Operations Excellence – Oversee day-to-day functioning of F&B, gaming zone, ticketing, and retail counters. Ensure adherence to SOPs, hygiene, and safety compliance. Inventory & Asset Control – Manage stocks for F&B, gaming equipment, consumables, and merchandise. Ensure zero pilferage and optimal utilization. Marketing & Promotions Execution – Implement corporate campaigns, local store promotions, and seasonal events to maximize footfall and revenue. Reporting & MIS – Submit daily, weekly, and monthly business performance reports (sales, footfall, guest experience, costs). Compliance & Audit – Ensure 100% compliance with financial, legal, and safety audits. Crisis Management – Handle guest complaints, equipment failures, or operational breakdowns with quick problem-solving. Requirements: Graduate. 5–8 years of managerial experience in QSR, Hospitality, Retail, or Family Entertainment Centers (Domino’s, McDonald’s, PVR, Starbucks, Timezone, Wonderla, etc.). Proven track record in P&L handling, customer service, and team management. Strong communication, leadership, and crisis-handling skills.
