Cafe Manager

Role Overview: As a Cafe Manager/Assistant Manager/Executive in the F&B operations department located in North India, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing daily food and beverage operations at the hotel/hostel. Your role will involve ensuring timely food preparation, servicing, and cleanliness to provide a seamless experience for guests. Additionally, you will handle purchasing, procurement, inventory management, accounting, and people management to achieve business goals in alignment with company standards. Key Responsibilities: - Understand the hospitality/hotel/restaurant/QSR industry - Coordinate daily F&B operations to ensure efficiency and productivity - Deliver superior food and beverage service, promptly address customer complaints, and maintain positive feedback - Manage front of the house and back of the house restaurant operations, schedule work shifts, and ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations - Review product quality regularly, explore new F&B vendors, and project future needs for F&B goods and kitchen utensils - Optimize operational costs, identify measures to reduce waste, and generate detailed reports on revenues and expenses - Promote the brand through local community engagement and events to expand the audience reach - Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices - Ensure timely repairs, maintenance, deep cleaning, and stock keeping - Manage inventory, stock, storage, etc. Qualifications: - Hospitality graduate/post-graduate or diploma in hospitality - Minimum 2 years of experience in hotels, hostels, guest houses, restaurants, cafes, QSR, etc. - Extensive operational knowledge of F&B operations - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time-management skills - Willingness to relocate anywhere in northern India - Strong attention to detail,
