Job Description

As a Caf Manager, your role involves leading the team to ensure smooth and customer-focused daily operations at the caf. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing day-to-day caf operations and staff performance - Ensuring excellent customer service and promptly resolving any guest issues - Overseeing inventory, stock ordering, and supplier coordination - Maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards - Training and supervising staff for consistent quality and service - Monitoring sales, controlling costs, and assisting in meeting revenue targets - Creating staff schedules and ensuring proper shift coverage To qualify for this position, you should have: - Proven experience as a Caf/Restaurant Manager or in a similar role - Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills - Excellent knowledge of F&B operations and customer service best practices - Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment - Basic understanding of inventory software - Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed The company offers benefits like food provision, health insurance, and Provident Fund.
