ion.· Dealing with complex investments (swaps, bank debt, and convertible bonds) and hedge fund struct

ions· Corporate Actions, Fee Accruals, Management/Performance fee Calculations, PnL Allocations and NAV/ GAV understand

ing.· Good understanding of Geneva Fund Structu

res.· Good understanding of Geneva Fund Setup & Allocat

ion.· Should have better knowledge of security & pricing se
